In addition, we offer video consultations. All you need is a smartphone, tablet or PC with a camera.
Als neuer Patient bekommen Sie als Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme an der Videosprechstunde einen Fragebogen, in dem Sie auch Ihre Versicherungsdaten angeben müssen, geteilt.
Your first appointment
At your first appointment we would like to collect information on your past medical history and current complaints. Please bring all documents that might be relevant for us such as:
- medical records, diagnostic findings, imaging reports and compact discs, laboratory findings
- a list of your medication
- letter of referral in case you have been referred by your doctor
- health insurance card
